Here's an excerpt from a letter Justin wrote to the family.

..........But anyway, so we visited a less active member with the ward mission leader. Routine stuff. The member seemed normal and was happy to see us. Then, about 2 days later, we were having our weekly meeting with the ward mission leader, and the member interrupted our meeting. He wanted to talk to us. So he asked us why we passed by his house the other day to talk to him. We told him we loved him, were concerned for him, etc. He told us that he had been taking drugs, had been abusing his kids, and was going to commit suicide the very night that we passed by. Yeah…it rocked my world. Does the Lord work miracles? Yep. And now, the member is being helped by professionals and all that stuff.
